What I find a bit funny is with this whole speech she still didn't manage to beat Pochita lol
You know what this chapter made me really like Yoru as a villain, mostly because I guess you can read her as someone who took the wrong lessons from everything that happened? Having a whole speech about a power of friendship while using her friends as fodder for, what is to her, a pissing contest

I think since it says "as documented by Fumiko Mifune" implies some sort of government survives after this so it's probably not a world ending fight
