No run today, but I did spend pretty much the whole thing on my feet (and I ran the Rocky steps twice at the end), and I'm feeling all right.

So hopefully we'll be good to go for this marathon.

I've been wanting to complete all the Delaware River loops since I started running. Today, with @uptowngentlefriends I completed the last one! A little icy, but a great time!
