Last night was our 2nd night exploring NL. Salmonier Line to the Cape Shore Route. A stop at Point Lance beach for lunch, then on to Cape St Mary’s Ecological Reserve for the afternoon. With an overnight at Gooseberry Cove before driving back home today.

This past weekend we started our quest to visit every town on the island of Newfoundland. We drove out the east side of the Bay De Verde Peninsula, overnighted at Grates Cove at the very tip, and drove back in the west side. #vanlife

This 40 foot tree next to the cabin has had lights in it for over 20 years. The lights are on every night when we are at the cabin. I spent a full day last summer replacing 50 bulbs.

Finally get to fly on the 747 “Queen of the Skies.” Lufthansa flight 471 Toronto-Frankfurt. On our way to Austria for Christmas.

I don’t like how #bluesky shows the latest “tweet” (what do we call them here?) instead of the last one I read. It means I now have to scroll down, find the last one I read, then go forward.
