Yep, that be me.

Here's my stats from #TheStoryGraph. Love how they show the way my month went.

Read 28 books - September 2025
October 1, 2025 at 2:22 PM
Last page.

You KNOW that I'll also read things that are NOT on this list.

It is just who I am.

Okay...phew.

Thank you for taking the time to pick a book for me to read (preferably from this list...I don't need any help picking OTHER books. I do that on my own quite nicely, thank you very much).
October 1, 2025 at 1:46 PM
By noon EDST (Eastern Daylight Savings Time).

So...do your best.

As you can see...I'm in the midst of series, but also...I need to do some #rereads to catchup on other series.
October 1, 2025 at 1:46 PM
The following is my MBR.

If you see something that you want to fight for...give me your reasons why I should pick up this/that book.

Please.
October 1, 2025 at 1:46 PM
I have an MBR. It is sort of like a TBR - To Be Read pile, but it's a May Be Read pile...'cause I'm a Mood Reader.

I usually read about 50/50 of planned versus unplanned books.

My MBR pile is 122 books long this month...and I'm still not sure what I want to start the month off with.

Help.

#SpaceOperaSeptember 2025 #SOS

Read 13 books for this "readathon", though I believe I was the ONLY one actually doing it this year.

Look below for the prompts that I accomplished.

It was a LOT of fun.

I wanted to read for all the prompts, but that didn't happen, unfortunately.

Next year, maybe.

It is me.
September 28, 2025 at 6:41 AM
Okay. Thank you. I just did. In fact, I bought three of them.

Here they are:

Indeed.
September 24, 2025 at 2:50 PM
That was my favourite book that I read in 2024 out of 359 books.

It just hit all the right buttons for me. I hope you enjoy it, also. The following sequels are also VERY impressive.

#TheChronosChronicles
#Time-MarkedWarlock
#ChronosWarkock
#24HourWarlock

Oh...wow! Just found the "theme" for #Cavalon from #TheDivide 02 #TheExiledFleet novel.

Music by Hugo Allen.

This is SO good. Really puts you in the mood.

#BuffytheVampireSlayer S1:E2 The Harvest, Part II

This episode had a bit more of the lore, but it is SO late 1990s. I've seen a few of these actors in other shows, but knew of their roles in this show. Glad that we've started it, so I'll understand their cultural relevance.

#BuffytheVampireSlayer S1:E1 Welcome to the Hellmouth, Part I

Marie (my wife) has coaxed me to finally watch this show with her (on her most recent rewatch). The acting is so overacted.

Oh, wow. Delectable. Something to look forward to.
September 3, 2025 at 11:10 AM
Have you seen American Fiction? We loved his performance in that film, too.
September 3, 2025 at 10:40 AM
Not sure if you've read this young/new Self-Published Science Fiction author, but I really have enjoyed her works (so far).

#TheDivide
1) The Last Watch - 5 Stars
2) The Exiled Fleet - 5 Stars
3) The Relentless Legion, reading this month.

Standalone:
Rubicon - 4.5 Stars

She's got a bright future.
September 1, 2025 at 11:21 PM
Yes, I've been reading Science Fiction for nearly 50 years (next year I'll be 60 years old).

There are some gaps in my knowledge, but I also have some favourites along the way.

I've actually read it 4 times, but one time was WAY before Goodreads (or others).

I'm doing #SpaceOperaSeptember #SOS for 2025...since it started.

I've got my books set, and ready to go (below).

I'll be reading books outside of the readathon, too.

Should be an amazing month.

If you're interested, the prompts are below. Any questions?...watch this:

Marie & I are currently watching Appaloosa (adapted from the book of the same name by Robert B. Parker). I've been reading the series about Virgil Cole & Everett Hitch. Currently reading Revelation, book 9/10.

I'm incredibly excited & we are on at 15:28.

Goodness, this is going to be a TON of fun.

#Butterfly S1:E2 Daegu

Love the choreography of the knife play/gun play. David is not good at building trust with Rebecca. At each turn of the episode, it seems he's losing her trust...each time she's about to commit to what's going on. Ugh.
