It’s “cowboy coffee.”Once you acquire a taste for real unadulterated good quality coffee, there’s no going back. All the other things added ruins the taste and makes it into something else. If one needs all the stuff added then they really don’t like coffee. Similar with dry wines vs. sweet wines.

Yes, the goal of Project 2025 and many pulling the strings of the current administration. For one they want everyone to idolize and create more traditional families with male breadwinners and multiple children and for that way of life to be the norm and anything else undesirable and unacceptable.

I can’t believe he didn’t tear down the entire house and rebuild it like a golden Trump Tower/Mar-a-lago/French style palace. The historical White House is too small and humble for his over-the-top opulent low class new-money show off tastes.

They chose not to understand or care about consequences or stakes. They could have lobbied a Harris administration to accomplish more of their goals. Thanks to their unrealistic purity tests, so much has been destroyed with many new problems that may be permanent. A murder-suicide of the US.

“Son-in-law” is a comfortable position in a corrupt authoritarian government, along with “fixer,” “propagandist,” “personal lawyer,” and others not officially recognized positions.

The corrupt US mafia-like state has a different rationale than we are used to seeing. It’s now about forming a spiderweb of corrupt alliances to enrich the supreme leader and his personal interests. This is “strength” his supporters salivate over while others see and care only about stock returns.

The military’s courage and integrity and whether they meant the oath they took are being tested. Courage and integrity may mean sacrificing their positions and everything that means for their livelihoods and identities. So far they seem to be following all orders with some quiet or weak retirements.

When truth is damning, he has only a few responses: lie and state the opposite; ignore the question; distract or create new distractions; blame his enemies; attack or destroy the messenger (sue, defame); disqualify the information source (MRI machine faulty?); claim no knowledge of it. Any others?

All dressed alike? No chance of expressing individuality? I can imagine the trauma of living in a fishbowl and pretending to be someone else to please their parents until they reach adulthood. There is a little of this in every family, which is why some teenagers rebel, but this appears extreme.

A cold hearted 🐍 snake, as Paula Abdul sang. If North Korea bombed the US while he was playing golf, this is the same annoyed vacant expression we’d see. What a bother.

This would be an ideal time for foreign enemies to attack US interests overseas. The US is divided and weak, the opposite of the campaign slogan so many have hung their identities and red hats on. We’re weak from incessant propaganda too many believe. Until the propaganda is stopped, we’re doomed.

Wolves, coyotes, and foxes have no qualms about going after their prey. The bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks are all divided, fighting amongst themselves, some hiding and scared, and others hoping just being right makes might and therefore it will all work out, while one-by-one being devoured.

Corrupt people. People with selfish, lawless intentions in their hearts and minds. They always find a way to do more corrupt deeds in the future.

No, I meant re-write the constitution, overturn decades of precedents, and confirm the president is above the law and has no guardrails from two other coequal branches of government.

What good is a lawsuit when the suit just rises to the Supreme Court and the conservative justices rule that the White House can do whatever it wants to do?

Note the beard. Not the slick fake car salesman look of Hegseth. 😜

From my experience, introverts thrive when working from a quiet home (working in a home with noisy people around negates that benefit), and extroverts thrive from working in a bustling office. It’s not all or nothing. The key is flexibility to find a sweet spot for every org & individual in balance.
