Arguably they'd be better served by doing period pieces anyway - no internet/computer-based plot devices, just nifty gadgets, cool cars and general badassery.

Consulting more ancient texts ... the flip side of this card has Mrs. Ward's recipe. She was a friend of my grandparents, and adjusting for batch size she calls for double that amount of ginger. (She also used more molasses - Mrs. Ward knew what was up and wasn't scared of flavor.)
