I have done something a bit scandalous as a riffer: I cut scenes rather than riff on them. I know! I know. It's just that... I've said all I can about the endless, dull, repetitive chariot chases in the Undersea Kingdom, so I cut em out. I did make it funny though, so there's that.

Every once in a while I have to remind myself that I apparently can cook. I made blueberry and peach syrup for blueberry limeade punch and sparkling peach punch respectively, and I boiled & mashed some apples for my baked blueberry apple pudding that I'll make tomorrow.

A folding table I repaired & repainted! If you're bothered that I painted what was once darker stained wood, tough. It had neither a top nor third leg present when I found them in the trash at the flea market, so I might just as well paint it to my liking. And there's Sprocket, supervising as usual.

Fox News apparently just found out that Superman is an immigrant and "woke", and they are very angry about that. Only took them 87 years, thousands of comic books, radio plays, TV shows, movies, and video games, but, sure, yeah, they're not the most worthless stumpfuckers to ever exist. 🙄

Trying a recipe I've been meaning to use for years: roasted acorn squash! I halved & gutted four acorn squash, seasoned with salt, pepper, cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, and then filled them with maple syrup & butter. Roasted for 1:10 at 355, occasionally basting each with the buttery maple syrup.
