Last week, Coast Mental Health toured Storeys with Vancouver councillors and partners. Since 2017, Coast Mental Health has offered 38 homes with wraparound supports Storeys, an innovative facility in Richmond where five non-profits provide housing, support services, and employment opportunities.

Healing House is a new live-in treatment centre for female-identifying and non-binary youth (17–24) facing substance use challenges. Operated by Coast Mental Health, it offers trauma-responsive care with support from BC Children’s Hospital.

Yesterday, we proudly celebrated the opening of our newest supported housing facility — Rivers Reach, ʔi cən tecəl ʔə tə stɑl̕əw̓, meaning 'I arrive at the river' in Halkomelem.

Dr. Bill MacEwan has received the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award in Addiction Medicine from WCAF! His work in mental health and addiction care has changed lives. A $2,500 donation was made to Coast Mental Health Foundation in his honour.
