The new Goosebumps show is A Lot. I highly recommend getting high before watching. Try some Kava for example 💁🏾. Also, psa, there are subtitles.

What is Progressive Overload?

It’s about gradually increasing demand on muscles to keep growing & avoid plateaus.

How:
Add more weight
Increase reps/sets
Improve form or range of motion
Shorten rest time
Slow down movement

Why:
Builds muscle and strength
Breaks through plateaus

Got my recovery back to green and hit the gym for cardio strength. I’ve honestly been struggling to get enough protein. 😫😆 I’m such a veggie lover!

Did you know that you can lose weight whilst eating any combination of macros? It’s just cico. Wanna retain muscle? Got to eat more protein 💪🏾. 🍗🍤🍣🥩🥓
