We are looking forward to our annual Scholastic Book Fair which will be set up in the CNS Library from 2nd to 9th December. There will be lots of great books and stationery for our students to buy at bargain prices and our school will earn funds to buy some wonderful new books for the library too.

The amazing Amber in Year 11 competed in the British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships this weekend in Sussex. She placed 1st in 25m Breaststroke, 2nd in the 50m Breaststroke and 3rd in 25m Backstroke. We are so proud of this unbelievable achievement to have one the best swimmers with us at CNS!

The amazing Amber in Year 11 competed in the British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships this weekend in Sussex. She placed 1st in 25m Breaststroke, 2nd in the 50m Breaststroke and 3rd in 25m Backstroke. We are so proud of this unbelievable achievement to have one the best swimmers with us at CNS!

The ExtraTime Origami club are making modular models this week including fireworks and spinners.
We wish our coach, YenYang, happy travels as he returns to the Phillipines to visit his family, then to Japan to visit the family of his wife. Origami club will restart in the Summer Term.

Our Year 7 historians have had a cracking start to the term by showcasing their creativity in the annual History house competition. With over 80 brilliant Motte and Bailey castle models entered, the History Department certainly has its work cut out when deciding on a winner!
