My biggest frustration is when major professional organizations post images that promote opportunities, or claim to be celebrating diversity, but don't include alt-text for the image.

My biggest frustration is when major professional organizations post images that promote opportunities, or claim to be celebrating diversity, but don't include alt-text for the image.
And including alt-text on all images is a good habit for anyone in ed spaces, since we all darn well better be providing alt-text or other alternative options for images for our students.
