If you've got a big decision to make, or are wondering what to do about a threshold you feel is approaching - maybe a new job; maybe a move to a new place; maybe something's intervened to upset your well-laid plans - consider working with a coach to help you find the right path forward.

If you're looking for some automation-free time, think about joining The Outsiders theoutsiders.org.uk or an outdoor networking group wherever you are! Or please reach out to me & I'd be delighted to have a non-automated coaching chemistry call with the unique, wonderful, and non-automatable you.

If you've been thinking about getting MHFA training, I can't recommend it highly enough. And whether you're thinking about getting MHFA or not, maybe spend some time thinking about how you can be compassionate to yourself today, because we can always use that. ❤️‍🩹

My MHFA training is vital for my coaching & volunteering: I have the confidence to step into really tricky conversations, because I know I have the tools to support someone in the moment and to point them in the right direction for other resources or ongoing sustained support, if needed.
