Sure, it’s great to see Mahershala turn on the charm for a wisecrack or Rupert Friend twist his metaphorical mustache, but these moments are fleeting in a sea of exposition and a Triforce fetch quest so formulaic, I have to wonder how many zeroes were on the paycheck for some of Hollywood’s finest.
