I am taking almost exactly that. 81 mg aspirin daily and low dose statin at night. Good to hear the regimen is working!

There is a large worldwide Facebook group of NAION sufferers that would question how rare it is.

I also have NAION in one eye and am searching for any and all strategies to prevent it in my good eye. Best to you and wishing you success. 🤞
