If you’re in Whitehead on Friday or Saturday please support the Music and Mind Christmas Sit Out in any way you can. Donate some food, make up a hamper, put some money in the bucket or come along to the community walk.

Just attended Maisie's first carol service and been hit with the biggest wave of nostalgia. I loved music at school, being part of choir and orchestra are some of my best memories. Maisie seems to love it as well. Throw back to Carrick Grammar under the Mr Lynas days! #IYKYK

I work a lot sometimes, and my mum guilt has been off the charts recently, but today I got to watch Addie be the best Innkeeper number two, and it's just set me up for the week. Fab little Monday.

Just struggled through an early spin class while my dad's friend a few bikes over did it with ease - while celebrating his 75th birthday! Talk about inspirational.

And yes, the instructor did make us power up our level to match his age. Ouch!

It’s shameful that other parties have voted against Alliance’s plan to increase penalties for polluters.

Our proposal would’ve reversed the DUP’s cap on cross-compliance penalties.

Only Alliance is committed to protecting our environment and Lough Neagh.

Two years ago a regular 35 week prenatal check ended in a 2 week hospital stay. Thankfully we made it home with a beautiful baby girl. Having missed plays, Santa visits etc with her big sisters, I happily embrace Christmas as early as possible, always grateful for the care we received.

Perks of Girlguiding events. There are always leftovers. Great fun helping 1st Eden with their winter fair tonight. Back to normal with 4th Carrick tomorrow for our annual senior's Christmas party, with the fantastic third Carrick Silver Band. It's a very christmassy week.

Very sorry to hear of Ken Reid's passing. He was an experienced, insightful journalist and a warm, engaging human being.

His loss will be felt by his journalist colleagues in UTV and beyond and by politicians of all shades.

Most of all, he'll be missed by his family, who he adored.

👏👏👏
If we are serious about tackling violence against women and girls, then we need to raise the bar regarding interactions between Ministers and MLAs.

Aggressive interaction between men in power and female MLAs is part of a continuum of unacceptable behaviour.

It starts with us. #EVAWG

Disgusted that the Minister of Communities shouted at me twice to sit down as I was making a legitimate point of order regarding childcare funding. Aggressive, arrogant and have to say - doubt it would have happened if I was a man.
