Last Saturday, I had the privilege to present our project’s work at the CSS section of the @psaireland.bsky.social in Galway: “Between presence and absence: social classes and vulnerable groups in parliamentary debates.” - I’d like to thank @alonadolinsky.com for her amazing feedback on the paper!

Yet another great post I can only recommend reading! This is a perfect application of growth mindset. It’s very hard to not regard yourself as a ‘static’ binary, but instead see your skill power as something dynamic and optimize what Catherine calls the ‘stretch’. Reminded me of this picture
