There are many other ways to better deal with the budget. Removing all oil subsidies for one. Another would be a tax on billionaires and millionaires.

I highly disagree with that grade, especially the military spending, but I'm not looking to debate about it to be honest.
I don't know that a weakened NDP and a CPC that is game for what Carney has been proposing is going to lead to an election though, even once it's in the best interest of Cdns
