Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users.

While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.

This wasn’t just a security breach, documents obtained by NPR from a hotel guest who found them on a printer revealed something even more disturbing: a planned luncheon in honor of Vladimir Putin. The menu literally read, “In honor of his excellency Vladimir Putin.”

Mr. Homan, all I have been trying to do is “come visit” your facility.

You. Will. Not. Let. Me.

Now that your lawyers have admitted in court that you’re abusing your detainees, please explain why you continue to lie to the American people.

BREAKING:

D.C. Attorney General Brian Schwalb is suing Trump over his executive actions asserting control over the D.C. police department and attempting to install an emergency police commissioner.

Schwalb called it the "gravest threat to Home Rule that the District has ever faced."

Absolutely surreal to watch White House reporters ask Leavitt questions about tariffs moments after she and Gabbard used this briefing to baselessly accuse Obama of crimes punishable by death. We’re a sick joke of a country.

The deliberate stupidity of retribution and greed.

It will be legendary.

Last night, Republicans blocked the Epstein files from being released. They thought you weren’t paying attention.

Trump keeps asking why YOU still care about this. It’s deflection. Why does HE care so much about covering the files up?
House Republicans have voted to block Democratic efforts to release the Epstein files.

Mayor Bass: This morning, it was frightening in Los Angeles to see tanks essentially rolling into MacArthur Park.

It was an egregious show of force. I have no idea what their purpose was. I don’t even think they detained anyone.

Los Angeles was peaceful before June 5. We need to go back to that.

Or at the very least, glitter-bomb them.
These are not police.

By law, they have to identify. If they won’t—copy their plates, call the actual police and let them know you are witnessing armed police impersonators.

Much as I would not dare to predict the consequences of this war, I do think we can summarize it thusly so far:

A smart and evil man manipulated a stupid and evil man into a war against a fanatical and evil regime.

My guess is there is a relationship between those two events.

We’ve bombed Iran. And dismantled our joint terrorism task force. And sent a third of the FBI to help ICE. And gutted the National Security Council. And a drunk guy is in charge at the pentagon. And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.
