i know caffeine tremors are somewhat normal but i've had a celsius about 3 times in my life and each time i do my tremors are so bad that i can barely move without my legs shaking so yeah im never drinking a celsius again that is too much caffeine for my body to handle

went to the gym today and i ran on the treadmill and i felt really good after but now my hamstring hurts (not that bad tho) but i think its just cause i havent run in forever lol
