📈These files are crucial to maintain regulatory stability on the carbon price and send a clear signal to markets that there is a business case for low-emission technologies. Clean hydrogen, low-carbon cement and green steel all depend on a robust CO2 price to scale.

But the global race for cleantech leadership is accelerating, with China exporting almost twice as much cleantech as Europe. The President was very clear on this: We cannot risk falling into new and dangerous dependencies.
