I'm returning home from #ATS2025. It was a productive time spent learning, networking, meeting talented scientists funded by @lungusa.bsky.social grants, and collaborating to advocate for NIH funding, public health, access to care. and clean air! I can't wait for the @atscommunity.bsky.social 2026!

We had a great time volunteering at the @lungusa.bsky.social Hartford Climb. It was wonderful seeing so many dedicated volunteers and climbers raising money for our life-saving mission!

I want to thank @senatorblumenthal.bsky.social for taking the time to speak with @lungusa.bsky.social volunteers and staff about the importance of maintaining Medicaid funding to insure healthcare access and about funding for clean air initiative to protect the lungs and lives of all who breathe.

My youngest child has an ultra-rare genetic disease, Wolfram's Syndrome. For years, we attended an NIH funded disease state research clinic at Wash U in St Louis. These efforts are leading to treatments and a cure. #WhoScienceSaves #MedSky
