I agree that this is a really bad trend. The problem is, speaking as a UMC pastor, there is not a good metric to measure online attendance. Also, another why this is a terrible trend is that online attendance can give false hope that more people are engaging than is actually the case.

While this is super strange, for Vance this is about par for the course.
