After cooking up the beans (purchased from Blue House Farms, Pescadero, CA at SF Stonestown Farmer’s Market), I prepared a batch of roasted veggies and added cheese-topped beans for the last 10min.

I purchased these beautiful beans at the farmer’s market last week. But perhaps just as delightful a discovery was @ranchogordo.bsky.social ‘s listing for these beans where avid fans also write in ways to cook them!!

I haven’t been running in #goldengatepark as much lately (stupid knee pain), but so excited and grateful to be able to spot coyotes living in my immediate neighborhood. These photos were taken in daylight, 2 of them mid-day; one in the not-so-early morning, 3 weeks apart.
