You might think I’m crazy for getting out of bed at 5am to go to the gym but I think it’s even crazier to go in the evening, after a day of work. You’ll still be doing it in the dark and cold so you may as well get it done first thing in the morning.

Burger cheese isn't good cheese for burgers. The best cheese for burgers is a thick layer of Boursin. It's extra fat and lots of garlic and that's what most food need.

Our bosses usually get everyone Amazon gift cards at Christmas. That was until that one guy every office has harassed them nonstop in early November to get them out in time for Black Friday. Incredible work if you love begging for things you're not even owed.

Sometimes I envy people who move countries or switch careers on a whim… Then I remember I moved to England 15 years ago on a one-way ticket with a single £50 note in my wallet and built a life from scratch. Maybe I’m braver than I give myself credit for.
