I am now trying to steer myself away from that rabbit hole and onto the research I should be doing. Women writers fascinate me since I looked at the women in the Vindolanda letters (maj chapter in my own book).

I don't think we have any (or from men in Britain); I think a case can be made in analogy eg with Jerome's correspondents which are stacked with women writing over long distances about these things.
