Still buzzing from the excitement of seeing @profaliceroberts.bsky.social in Aberdeen last night. Enthralling from beginning to end. Massive fangirling from me as I have followed her since Time Team days!

A lovely day in Gairloch, I am not a mountain climber and barely tolerate hills, this seemed to be doable but required some actual climbing which was terrifying! But amazing views all the way to Skye

Very lucky to have been given the opportunity to see this last night. I didn't know what it was about and only vaguely knew who Rhod was. But the show is side splittingly funny, desperately sad, thought provoking and positive. I spent the way home explaining H+N cancers to my non SLT friends though

@sqanews.bsky.social Dear SQA, currently doing a first aid course and have come across this gem. There is no such thing as 'mild' choking, you are either coughing (can breathe) or choking (can't breathe). Severe coughing yes, mild choking, no.

A poster about my current project empowering staff to support residents with Eating Drinking and Swallowing in care homes. Feedback so far has been very positive and I have learned a huge amount whilst doing it.
