after 8 episodes of splat chat. I'd like to ask some questions about it. What do you guys think so far? I wanted to make sure this podcast didn't feel like every other podcast on the Splatoon market. Are we doing a good job on that? What are we missing?

I played before the tier changes and I don't really understand the changes everyone was equally as bad. It felt like the perfect balance where people got to show off their skill and also get productive practice
i'm sick of holding my tongue. so this is my opinion and what happened in the excalibur 8s server
tldr: the 8s sever became another + with even stricter standards and gatekeeping. i adamantly protested this but none of the mods (with power) listened.

It's always really frustrating when the topic of 'gatekeeping' comes up since I always sense this undercurrent of entitlement. as if those complaining are owed other people's limited practice time. it kinda proves to me that a lot of people don't understand how improvement usually works imo
