#3jmtt #Meditation #Mindfulness @threejewelsnyc @Wakeupist years ago I started my meditation journey when my partner was in YTT and had to meditate daily. Had I known back then that a 3 minute sit would result in such profound changes over time I would have spent more time on the cushion.
