That one is owned by the Laurelhurst Village retirement home. I think decisions in a lot like that are tough to get given the ownership turnover in that industry. Total shame. The building there could be refurbished into excellent workforce housing, e.g. for nurses.

No La Rosa’s in my hometown 1 hour to the north of Cincy, but many memories of hitting La Rosa’s near the entrance to The Beast at Kings Island!

They say there ‘Portland…got it right’ but don’t explain the differences. Do you know what types of rules exist here that are not in the Seattle plan that are the ‘right’ choices?
