Jacksonville Armada *may* have been sold. Alternatively, Palmer could've just set up an LLC to manage the club. It's unclear, we'll have to wait for official word or a close source to confirm that.

Unfortunately this was always the most likely result. Without clear recording or substantiation, it just becomes word against word and there's not much the league can do there.

It is *wild* to promote this as a "victory" or a good thing lmao. The NSPL is basically saying "the court ruled our bylaws are meaningless, non-binding word salad, and therefore we can't be held accountable to them. We are a deeply serious organization."
