Hi I'm CJ. You may remember me from the internet in the early 2000s. I've been cryogenically frozen since then, which is why I dropped off from the webcomic world. Not because I'm lazy, depressed and disillusioned. Here, have a mushroom I drew for my wife. Maybe I'll post more art later.

Wednesday I called my ISP to tell them I was having an outage. Had to leave a message. My internet came back on about 20 minutes later. Forgot about it soon after.
I just got a call asking if my ticket for the internet outage had been resolved. It's Saturday.

My wife flies down with Pepper tomorrow so she can drive to Seattle next week to collect the sheep shipment. Then the wife comes home but pepper will stay down there. I won't see Pepper again until the end of September and it hurts my soul.

my old wacom bamboo is now unsupported and you can't even get old drivers anymore, works perfectly (even in windows 11).

went to the thrift store to find Romeo a bigger rug (he's decided the bathroom rug is better than any of his blankets/beds and it's so tiny) and I was so sad to see around a dozen crochet blankets there. So much handmade just donated. I hope they find good homes.

Just mailed my fabric stash to Oregon. Promised the wife I'd do more sewing after we're done moving and she immediately suggested making myself an April First costume. I said "because there are more conventions in the states we could go to?" and she was like "no, just to wear it. randomly."

Zenzai. There was a Japanese restaurant in the MBK mall in Bangkok that had Zenzai on the desert menu. I probably ate that shit once a week while I lived there. I'd go to that place just to order it. I should just learn to make it. It's just sweet red bean soup and mochi, but damn it was good.
