Chair of the Mahoning Dems. Dad. Husband. Pibble parent. Slow ass runner, mediocre home chef. Mahoning County is worth fighting for.
Earlier this week I invited Milk Carton Mike to come address his constituents at the town hall on Monday. He may not have liked what I said, but I raised the very real concerns facing every resident of OH6 including that voted for him. Instead, he chose to send back a politically charged email.

I’m going to hold your hand when I say this, but “sending it to the states”, especially a low state tax state like Ohio, with a balanced budget amendment, means the program is going to either go unfunded and end, or it’s going to cost money from another service.

Been asked a lot lately about my thoughts on the budget. So I’ll say it with my whole chest:

Send that piece of shit budget to the shredder, or let them own adding trillions to the deficit they promised to cut wholly.

In case you missed it, because nobody pays attention to policy anymore:

Republicans issued guidance today that roll back the caps on overdraft fees your bank can charge you and guidance that stopped credit bureaus from putting your medical debt on credit reports.

Thinking about rap beefs, does anyone else remember when MGK started a beef with Eminem and got smacked around so hard he switched genres of music?

lol, low t-bills require economic stability or else they’re a shitty investment. People buying treasury bonds also require a return on investment adequate to the risk.

The Trump administration is more focused on keeping Treasury yields low rather than on what the Federal Reserve does, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Wednesday.
Bessent says Trump is focused on the 10-year Treasury yield and won't push the Fed to cut rates
The Treasury secretary said the current strategy is using the levers of fiscal policy to keep rates low.

I’ve been re-listening to the ASOIF books, and it’s really reminded me how needlessly dark and cruel the Jayne Poole storyline is.

Imagine being in charge of auditing the government and knowing so little about the government that you don’t know that salaries of federal employees, what department they work for, and yes, their names, are all public record. And not only that, THERES AN ENTIRE WEBSITE FOR IT.
