i believe we should let the CM determine the location and size of all water lines. May be beneficial to let them approve individual trash can locations for solid waste as well.

It lets neighbors fight over sidewalks and street trees. Certainly better than first-gen where they even codified business hours.

I concur and have done this for a living. Relocating the house to remain onsite means you can optimize additional units.
