Dip:
1cup sour cream
1cup softened cream cheese
1pkg ranch mix
1bunch chopped fresh dill
1tsp Cajun seasoning
1cup sour cream

Get canola oil up to 375.
Thin slice (.25 inch max) and then coat in flour. Dredge in beaten eggs until no flour is exposed and then coat in preferred corn meal based breading. I like to use Cajun fish fry. Fry for 2 mins on each side. Drain well on paper towels.

How lovely!!! I also have a drop spindle and rarely use it, but find that process so satisfying. I’m going to take this as my sign to pick it up again. Your work is beautiful!!
