FBI: the shooter wrote a note saying he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and was going to do it. It was destroyed but its contents were recovered.
Was he writing the note to himself or was he riding it to somebody else? Who would write a note like and what 22-year-old writes notes?

I still think about David Lynch. I really miss the guy. I hear the family is trying to save the home and have it be a place where he can be remembered and celebrated. I hope that works out.

You know, it did bomb so it doesn’t seem like an obvious choice, but it’s a great story. The plot hinged on the arcade game fad of the early eighties, and I don’t know if it would resonate the same if it was an Xbox, but it’s still a great story.

Charlie was shot by a conservative; headlines scold liberals for their reactions. Dems didn’t shoot him, conservatives did this to themselves. Their culture of hate breeds violence, and like anyone with deep emotional problems, they avoid accountability because responsibility feels too threatening.

What’s completely crazy and depressing is I’m seeing comments from MAGA people who are saying that Charlie Kirk’s shooter was corrupted by going to college. They are calling for the professors to be investigated. They are 100% convinced that college corrupts young people.

I’m trying to learn this language, but Duolingo is throwing in all kinds of random nonsensical sentences to translate. I’m already struggling so I’m not sure who thought it would be cute to write sentences that don’t make any sense at all. Is this AI making up stuff for me now?

There was also an unrelated school shooting today as well, 146 so far in 2025.
