I can't imagine a place where imagination is MORE important than in prisons. (But this is why we're part of the Beacon Prison Books Project! prisonbooksproject.org)

We've had good luck with Planet Oat. The extra creamy variety has a reasonable consistency. Better than almond milk, and entire universes better than rice milk.
