When I see arguments about whether mental health problems are caused by trauma or neurotype or society or brain chemistry I feel like I'm watching two people have a fist fight over whether Kermit is a Muppet or a frog. Multiple things can be the case simultaneously. One does not negate the others.

We need universal healthcare because people need access to healthcare outside of their employer.

A person who is mentally ill should not be expected to get a job just so they can start taking steps to get help. That's an absurd burden to put on everyone in that situation.

man I love it when somebody in their 80s is like you know what that looks fun I'm gonna give it a go. and they kind of suck at it at first but theyre 80 so they don't care and they're having a great time and they stop sucking at it pretty fast and then they're 85 and their art has so much to say
