Last week, we were pleased to welcome the Employment Rights Minister Justin Madders, to @cipd.bsky.social's joint event with @prospectunion.bsky.social. The event focused on what good industrial and employment relations look like and how employers and trade unions can work better together.

He also underlined the CIPD's commitment to advocating for how the people profession can support skills adoption and improved productivity.

We were in Westminster on Tuesday hosting a Skills Forum with Youth Futures Foundation to discuss the future of skills policy.

We had a great opening panel session with Lord Blunkett, Rt Hon Robert Halfon, Lauren Edwards MP, YFF's Barry Fletcher and CIPD's Lizzie Crowley.
