Ce projet vise à identifier les fibres alimentaires capables d'atténuer l'impact de la colonisation intestinale par bactéries multi-résistantes chez les patients de soins critiques en combinant les données cliniques et expérimentales (in vivo et in vitro) dans un modèle numérique digital twin.
