I believe they studied this years ago. The easy explanation is that it likely stimulates our nerves (including brain neurons), & when done regularly, as daily coffee tends to be, it prevents lots of bad stuff from happening.

I smelled & found a lot in the bathroom (which is very large) & bleached the hell out of it & it's gone. I bought a steamer & went to town on everything as well. The smell is gone. I just hate feeling watched whenever I clean. It's so bizarre. I hung up black out curtains. Next week, it's MD time.

I've tried everything. Theraflu is Benadryl, Tylenol & (fake Sudafed, doesn't work) pseudoephedrine. Tried all, includ. actual Sudafed tablets. My order for Sudafed nasal spray was lost, twice. Oil heat. Long time- imo, I'm allergic to the house. It's 450 yrs old. Here only until my class is done.
