On this Air France flight and they announced that the languages spoken by the crew were Portuguese, Thai, French, and Parisian, and someone snort-laughed and I’ve never felt more happy to be headed back to Europe.

I yelled at my son for using the good hand towels to clean his car. Because now that means I have to file a missing persons report before his mom gets home and finds out and there goes my Sunday plans.

I don’t post very often, but when I do I make the same types of grammar mistakes here that I used to make in the bad place. Then dealing with the dilemma of delete-and-edit vs fuck-it, just gives me the same warm and fuzzies.

Was invited to conflicting meetings on the same dates: one in Miami and the other in Madrid. My manager suggested I toss a coin to decide and I said no because that might mean I would have to go to the Miami one.

Have to set up a Canada Revenue Agency account for my mom, but they no longer take passports as valid ID. Ontario Photo Cards are accepted. So I look up how to apply for a photo card. You know what’s the only piece of ID you need?

For my non-Canadian friends who are curious, this is the type of thing we are seeing in all our grocery flyers now. Every store is flagging items made/produced in Canada, both in their ads and on store shelves.
