Good afternoon Thank you for contacting Council. It appears there has been a breakdown in communications somewhere along the line for which I apologise. I can advise we will take photographic records prior to us starting works so we have a record in case of any damages. We will then rectify any damages caused by our works around your property or if necessary pass these to our insurers and ensure to have the final site clean up carried out within 5 working days of the scaffolding being removed from site. I'm so riled up XD Workies just come into our garden no notice and start dumping scaffolding in our garden, the neighbour has a wee sticky out flat thing that is kind of sort of the boundary to our garden instead of a fence SO I look outside and get a bit of a shock so asked them who gave the permission, they say the council i say no way and they call the council boss He's just chapped our door to say "oh i thought all these houses where lettered" i say no, he says are you happy to allow the work to go ahead, not being a total dick I say ok but I want to know how long its going on for and that they will repair any damage they do, he said he will take lots of photos and i said i need it in writing, he said no so I'm not budging, he's now needing to speak to his boss but says I'm making it messy, i said i don't care as far as I'm aware they are just trespassing on my property So now he's outside bitching to the Scaffolders.... i want to punch someone Plum Knife emote
