The illegal “pause” the Trump has placed on Federal block grants and loans has shut down medicaid, all federal education monies (bye bye Head Start and student loans), LIHEAP, SNAP benefits, and a boat load of other programs.

Or, more simply, healthcare, housing, education, and food.
