Last week we celebrated the opening of Bay Ridge, a new neighborhood in Shelburne. We were joined by @welch.senate.gov, @balint.house.gov and Vermont Sen Majority leader Kesha Ram Hinsdale -- nearly 100 new permanently affordable homes in Shelburne, Vermont.

We are saddened by the news of the passing of Lois McClure, our longtime friend and steadfast supporter of CHT's work. We're thinking of her family this morning, and we're also thinking about how much she's done for Vermont.

Our friends at DEW Construction shared this photo of Bay Ridge under construction in Shelburne. Ultimately there will be 68 apartments and 26 condos, all permanently affordable.

As 2024 winds down we are hopeful, excited for the opportunity ahead, and have immense gratitude for our community.
