There are good books on identifying emotions, by the way. Sometimes a bit of help with that makes all the difference. This is a favourite of mine. There’s also a good child-friendly one called Emotionary, by Palabras Aladas.

I have looked at that, and there's only one option for Format and it's the one I've got selected. Input is set to 80 here but I've tried higher and lower, and although it makes a difference, it doesn't give me the crispness I have with the other laptop.
