Yet people still do engage and care about it since they can't handle the concept of criticism for anything they like no matter how correct that criticism is.

Away from criticism and promoting a game that has extremely bad game play experience to a lot of people from bad coding and development to be a bit wrong.

You can personally like the game, but the comment you made made several implications as though the criticism of the game was wrong and the people voicing it are bad.

You could have said "this game is buggy as fuck but I still like it"

Just becouse you like something that doesn't magically mean all its flaws don't exist especially when there ruining the game play experience.

People had there save files deleted from the dlc, the game is so buggy streamers would routinely talk about the bugs and even my friend that owns the game had issues from the games weird loading.

The bugs were extremely bad and problematic.

This kinda borders into toxic positivity, instead of them engaging and actively having a discussion on taste and why someone would like it instead they blindly consume regardless of quality control or healthy development cycles.

If a game abused there devs like bendy is it morally right to like it?
