Went to the Image Centre (at what used to be Ryerson years ago) while in Toronto today. Saw an absolutely fabulous exhibition of Magnum photographers’ B/W prints. If you get the chance it’s well worth the effort.

Miss VeRA tonight decided that freshly shaved Parmesan Reggiano would be her dinner. I swear I heard her say “suck it peasants”. I’m thinking she may be a Republican. I don’t have the heart to tell her she’s in the wrong country.

Went down to the Lake earlier to see what I could see. The light was very flat and overcast. I did manage to come back with the battle between some Boston Ivy and a chained bollock.

Vera stared at but refused to go into her den this morning. Just stared at it from different angles and vantage points as well as under it. She would not enter until I had cleaned underneath and removed the bedsheet. (maybe was folded wrong?)
