This whole system needs an overhaul. And not an evil “let’s overhaul this system so we can dismantle it” kind of overhaul. The kind that, you know, fixes things and helps people. Radical idea I know.

Its a problem for judicial system only if innocent people are being convicted. There is no evidence of that here.

hey @nytimes.com: there is no counterpoint here. There are no credible legal experts who would EVER say that the US military has any right or authority to blow civilian craft out of the Caribbean and kill their crews from afar without any provocation. There is no other side to this question.
