They already presented the plot device in the Craig series:
Anyone can have the 007 moniker, since his "death" had someone else step into that number.
Just introduce the next Bond as the name only. Once you reach that point to earn the 007, you also take on the name James Bond.

I can tell you, from just trying to do SIMPLE tasks with things like Copilot (not writing or coding or artwork), AI is *NOWHERE* near where these companies touting AI think it is. It is not even at the intellectual level of a 3-year-old. The bubble is going to burst very early for them.

People focus in on one or more characters that they love and want to see those characters move in the directions that the person wants, and when they don't, the author is at fault...
It's exhausting. It really is.
Please let authors write THEIR stories.

my favorite thing is someone predicting something- wrong or right. -and going "that's so bad, that's so boring, ect" my guy, we haven't even got there yet, just wait n' see what we do first, maybe? 😂 I do miss people letting stories at least be told before having opinions, can we go back to that?

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
