Pierre Poilievre does have a woman problem - including a drop in the # of women candidates running for the Conservative party.

About 75 of 332 - 22.5%, down from about 1/3rd in 2021.

The Canadian Conservatives now have almost a full field of candidates. Only just over 20% are women. That's down from 31% in the last election, which was still low.

They've had a long time to plan.. and that's the best they could do.

Ontario’s #measles outbreak is as large as the one in Texas yet very little said about it. 572 cases , most since February. 42 hospitalized. Two in ICU. Vast majority unvaccinated including unknown vx status.

This is not good.

Measles is amongst most transmissible and most preventable.

#PierrePoilievre likes to talk about the importance of 'unhyphenated' Canadians.. but his party even has a woman problem.

Fewer than 1/4 of candidates so far are women. And Pierre's enormous shadow cabinet of 74 includes just 16 women: 21.6%.

It's like they're not even trying.

Meanwhile, the RCMP is investigating the Greenbelt scandal - where serious concerns have already been levied by Ontario's AG and Integrity Commissioners.

And, Doug Ford was happy Trump won!

Why would any Canadian vote for him?

Apparently Pierre Poilievre is keen to cut Canada's international aid budget. A few points:
- The biggest aid recipient last biennium was .. Ukraine
- Canada, per GNI, does not come close to donors like Norway
- Development assistance is an essential tool to support peace & security
